Meenakshi Shibu is a Senior Caseworker accredited by the Law Society in Immigration & Asylum Law. She also serves as the Practice Manager, overseeing case progression, client communication and operational workflow.
She advises on complex human rights, asylum and protection-based immigration matters, with particular experience representing vulnerable women, survivors of gender-based violence and individuals who have been victims of torture or trafficking.
She also has cross-border experience, working on commercial disputes, employment claims, debt recovery actions and wider litigation support. Her dual exposure to human rights work and disputes allows her to assist on multijurisdictional matters.
