• Acted on behalf of a UK Investment company in a claim involving a breach of undertaking by a New York Attorney for a claim value of $280,000 (U.S. Dollars).

• Acted on behalf of the world’s first licensed secured infrastructure providing a suite of banking products to empower millions of retail & business customers for its Corporate & Commercial and  Business Immigration matters.

• Advised and conducted a share buyback off-market purchase of company shares for £100,000 in a UK medical company.

• Drafted and advised a Paris based humanitarian fashion brand on an international cross-border Sponsorship Agreement and Celebrity Endorsement Agreement.

• Drafted and negotiated Bollywood film production agreements, in-film branding and other advertising agreements.

• Drafted the App Development Contract, Terms and Conditions with Customer agreement and Contract of Services for Drivers for a liquor delivery app.
