Philip Jones has a busy practise in international commercial arbitrations and complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. We handle major and complex disputes and employ effective strategies to resolve such disputes on commercially favourable terms to our clients.

We pride our lawyers for skilful and persuasive advocacy in the courtroom. We regularly represent clients before Her Majesty's Courts & Tribunals. Possessing an excellent track record in our Courts, we continue to provide zealous representation to our clients.

Our lawyers have successfully challenged the Home Office in High Court Judicial Review matters for clients whose cases have become binding precedent (Country Guidance) and still stand as common law in the UK.

We are authorised and regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) at the highest Level 3 in both Asylum & Protection and Immigration. We also have a stellar legal history in Corporate & Commercial Contracts and have drafted legal contracts for national and international companies.
